The Contracts Page lists the contracts created within VisViva.

The tabs at the top of the result table allow for the user to filter contracts by Contract Type.

Description of Returned Results​

  • Contract
    • Contract Name
    • Total Contracted Gallons
    • Contract Date Range
  • Location
    • Terminal Name
    • Terminal Address
  • Counterparty
    • Counterparty Name
    • Counterparty Address
  • Status
    • Draft - The contract has been created. Pending internal approval.
    • Awaiting Signature - The contract has sent a signature request via Email to the counterparty.
    • Active - The contract has been executed and signed by the counterparty. Ready to transact.
    • Revised - The contract has been revised and is awaiting internal approval.
    • Complete - The contract is complete and fulfilled.
    • Void - The contract has been voided.
  • Balance - The remaining contract balance
