Contract Templates allow you to customize digital contract template fields with data provided by Visviva. By using Contract Templates organizations are able to automate their contract execution process and mitigate risk.
How It Works
- Contract is created by Visviva user
- Signature Request sent to counterparty
- Visviva populates Signature Request with the assigned Contract fields
- Counterparty receives Signature Request via E-Mail
- Contract is digitally signed & executed
- Visviva is notified and updates contract status
