How to Create an Index Posting

An Index Posting is a posted price for a specified date range of an Index.

VisViva utilizes Index Postings to determine the price to use for Transactions on Contracts with Floating based Price Periods.

Index Posting UI Description​

  1. New Index Value Form - Component to enter a new Index Posting for the Index selected in the right sidebar.
  2. List of Available Indices by Product - Sidebar to select an Index.
  3. List of Posted Prices - Displays a list of posted prices for the selected Index.

Submitting an Index Posting​

To enter a new Index Posting fulfill the required input fields below:

  • Timezone - The timezone for the specified date range
  • Start Date - The start date of the Index Posting date range following the format YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS
  • End Date - The end date of the Index Posting date range following the format YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS
  • Price - The price for the Index Posting
